MOT
Patient Assessment Application
We created MOT to improve patient care. At its core is a patient assessment application for healthcare professionals, including physiotherapists, rehabilitation physicians, orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine doctors and general practitioners.
The Application Enables:
- recording the patient’s current condition
- evaluating the rehabilitation programme or medication regimen used in treatment
- comparing the patient’s recent history with records from previous visits
- printing treatment progress as a graph and giving it to the patient for their personal records
- therapists to access and manage their account from any computer or smartphone, as all data are stored on a central server.
The application includes questions to map and describe pain and sensory disturbances. It also records medical history and disability or dysfunction scores for the painful area. MOT is a dynamic website, continually adapting to users’ needs and scientific progress.
