Stefani Argyrou is the creator of the Clinical Pilates A–Z method and, since 2016, has been teaching professional physiotherapists with the aim of enhancing clinical reasoning and practical application in everyday clinical practice.
She works as a clinical physiotherapist in the field of Women’s Health and Neuro-Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation across Cyprus, Greece, and Germany. She obtained her Physiotherapy degree from the University of Thessaly in 2013 and her MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy from the same department in 2017. She is a certified Women’s Health Physiotherapist, treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions and supporting women during pregnancy in Women’s Health Rehabilitation departments across various physiotherapy centers.
She worked for two years (2013–2015) at Mühlengrund Clinic in Bad Wildungen, Germany, in the Neurology and Rehabilitation department. Since 2017, she has primarily treated patients with neurological conditions, applying the latest developments in physiotherapy—including motor learning, VR technology, therapeutic exercise, and Clinical Pilates.
For the past 10 years, she has been teaching as an academic associate in Physiotherapy programs at universities in Greece (University of Thessaly) and Cyprus (European University Cyprus and University of Nicosia).
Her research interests, both at postgraduate and doctoral level, focus on Women’s Health Rehabilitation and Neuroscience, particularly through motor control and motor learning. She has contributed to several scientific publications and has presented her work at national and international conferences in the field of physiotherapy.
