Androniki Kapakli

Androniki Kapakli is a registered physiotherapist with the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists and the Scientific Director of TherapyLab – Peristeri.
She completed her studies at the Department of Physiotherapy of the A.T.E.I. Athens in 2012 and is a postgraduate student at the University of Thessaly in the MSc program “Advanced Methods in Physiotherapy.” She is fully licensed and registered with the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists.

She has extensive training in the full spectrum of Therapeutic Exercise, having completed the Clinical Pilates rehabilitation protocols, as well as Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates training. She is specialized in soft tissue mobilization through therapeutic massage, pregnancy massage, and Cupping Therapy.

After completing an advanced certification program, she is a Certified Cupping Therapist (CPT) and an official Cupping Therapy Instructor (CPTI) for TherapyLab Academy in Greece. For nearly a decade, she has been applying Cupping Therapy in the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions in both patients and athletes, gaining substantial clinical experience and expertise.

In her roles as CPT & CPTI, she now transfers her clinical knowledge to fellow physiotherapists, enabling them to apply cupping safely and effectively as part of a comprehensive treatment approach.

She designs individualized therapeutic exercise programs using TRX, Pilates mat, and Pilates reformer for the prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders.

She has also been trained in Respiratory Physiotherapy and Non-Invasive Ventilation. Additionally, she is actively involved in the rehabilitation of neurological conditions (hemiplegia, paraplegia, Parkinson’s disease, MS) and has collaborated with several institutions for mental health and neurological disorders.
